“My mother has trouble sleeping and poor sleep quality. She usually wakes up at 1 a.m every day. Yesterday my mother came to visit me, so I decided to do Reiki for her. While I placed my hands on her, she felt asleep right away and even snored. When she woke up, she told me that she wasn’t sleeping at that time, but she was aware that she snored. That night, although she was still awake in the early morning, she said she found it easy to fall asleep and got deeper sleep than ever before.”
