*** Course Cancellation

If for any reason Peaceful Life should cancel the course, students will be given the following options:

1. Entitled to a full refund;
2. Completing the course at a later date;
3. Transferring the funds to a different course.

Refund Policy

1. Once the course has started, no refund will be processed in the case of: 

• No attendance 
• Failure of course completion

Refund will be evaluated on a case by case basis unless there is evidence of extenuating circumstances.

2. If a refund is requested more than 14 days prior to the start date of the course, the student will be refunded 90% of the full fee of the registered course. 10% will be counted as an administration fee. 
3. If a refund is requested within 14 – 7 days prior to the start date of the course, the student will be refunded 80% of the full fee of the registered course. 20% will be counted as an administration fee. 
4. If a refund is requested within 7 days prior to the start date of the course, the student will be refunded 50% of the full fee of the registered course. 50% will be counted as an administration fee. 
5. To request a refund, student should send an email to [email protected] or Whatsapp +66 65 301 1637 stating the following information:

    * Full name 

    * Course(s) you would like to cancel and refund

    * Date of the course(s)

    * A confirmation that you are aware of our refund policy and the percentage of the full course fee you will receive upon your cancellation. 

6. After a request is received by Peaceful Life, your refund will be processed within 1 week.
